Monday, MAY 22
Starting 13:00 SuperDARN bus picks up delegates from selected city hotels (The Centra on Yarra, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Rydges Melbourne, Rydres Carlton), Melbourne Airport and La Trobe University, Bundoora. Stops approx. halfway for around 20 minutes - coffee/snack food break. Arrive Beechworth approx. 17:30 (5:30pm). Cost $50 one way.

19:00 - Late Free evening - suggest dinner at local restaurant, café or pub. [We will arrange bookings if
required ] Approx. 15-20min walk (~1km) to town. Alternatively, a shuttle (mini) bus will
be available to take delegates and partners to town - departing from the Hotel School
starting at 18:30 (6:30pm). Shuttle bus will provide return trips from the corner of Ford
and Camp streets, departing on the hour and half-hour, from 20:00 (8pm) to 23:30
(11:30pm) - with drop off at accommodation points.
Wednesday, MAY 24
