The SuperDARN Display is a Java Applet that provides an interactive, real-time plot of the observations of Radars linked to the internet.
The applet connects to the SuperDARN web server and receives packets of data as they are sent from the radars. It uses these to produce the plots that you are about to see.
It is important to remember that the applet is working with the actual data recorded by the Radars. All of the processing is handled by your PC and the Java Applet.
